A throne with dense inscriptions is one of the masterpieces of Tutankhamun’s treasures, and it was found inside a room known as the “ancillary room” in his tomb.

On the upper part of the back is the eagle goddess with her wings spread to protect Asma al-Malik. It seems that the throne was made at the beginning of the rule of Tutankhamun, as evidenced by his name written inside the royal cartouche, as “Tutankhaten”.
Carter likened this throne to the folded seats used by bishops in cathedrals. In addition, the delicate woodwork on the back is very similar to the delicate Islamic art
